Sourcing and coordinating of third-party resources such as vendors and security in the early stages of the project and throughout as needed
Ensuring all files from the individual business unit office to any client or third-party vendor are accurate and produced at the highest possible standards
Fluent with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, MS Project and other project management tools as well as The Google Suite including Pages/Sheets/ and other project management tools
Adept in opening and reviewing files created in Adobe Creative Suite of tools, Keynote, Pages, etc. without adding errors or compromising files
Implementation and management of comprehensive social media campaigns to ensure event is correctly promoted, well attended and captured in the digital world
Work as liaison between key stakeholder and PR; crafting press releases and managing any media needs such as interviews and invites for members of press
Participating in designing key project milestones from kick-off to post event to facilitate learning and implementation of best practices, ensuring the success of current and future events
Creating design flow for event space for day of event to minimize crowd control issues
Work with the team throughout to ensure that the agreed-upon theme is adhered to with every choice throughout the event process
